The role
What We Actually Do
Our operators are Clear Aligner Treatment Software Operators — also called Digital Aligner Technicians or 3D CAD Setup Specialists.
The role sits between your clinical prescription and the printer. We take raw scan data and turn it into a staged, manufacturable treatment plan: sequencing every movement, placing every attachment, planning every tenth of a millimetre of IPR, and validating every exported file.
It takes years to do well. It takes full-time focus to do it consistently.
